Client journeys

Post-payment onboarding → press / judging delivery. Journey state lives in the Client Journeys sheet tab; organizer outreach lives in Notion and is approved there.

Enroll a client

The manual path. Stripe does the same thing on payment — this exists so a client is never blocked on payment wiring.

Send the onboarding email (unchecked = create the row only)

Run a pass

Dry runs draft and log but send nothing. The daily cron runs all live at 13:00 UTC.

Organizer outreach is approved in Notion (flip Needs Approval → Approved), then sent by the next judging pass from the client's own account.
